Why to some uploaders put everything in a single compressed file?

If I just want the license why do they incorporate the x32 x64 and
license in 1 large compressed file? It's wasting their and other seeders
bandwidth.

What kind of license? For what?

Here is an example, Acronis 2016.

hxxp://kat.cr/acronis-true-image-bootable-iso-v2016-19-0-5518-multilang-deepstatus-t11111808.html

1 file at 850MB.

Who knows what's been injected into the installer and iso? Seen way too
many files with a different hash to the original, and been bitten once
or twice, for me to trust software from a torrent. I'd rather download
from the original site and use whatever license the uploader has included.

How do you download from the original site? All I see is a small exe
downloader for a trial version. (S'cuse my ignorance...)

LOL, all good. I was talking about Acronis but it doesn't matter now. :)

Doesn't much bother me except for video files. The compression saves
negligible room - perhaps 1% - but it means you have to get 100% of the
file to have anything at all.

Uncompressed: if, say, the seeders go away at the 90-plus % point, the
file is usually still somewhat playable albeit with dropouts
corresponding to the missing pieces. This may be enough for hard to find
files.
